(purely personal)

From the math side of me:

Today, my age = ((4! * 3)/ 2) + 1

Or, put another way,

my age is a prime number, as well as this star-congruent prime below, and they both share something in common.

               1
              1 1
       1 1 1 4 1 1 1
        1 4 4 4 4 1
         1 4 2 4 1
        1 4 4 4 4 1
       1 1 1 4 1 1 1
              1 1
               1

(Answer = 37 -- A prime, and number of digits in the above prime number)

From a personal and professional perspective, it has been a great year. I have a wonderful and beautiful woman beside me, Kit, and we share six children between us (5 boys and 1 girl). We bought a house this year, something I haven't done in almost 15 years. I incorporated my business, landed several good contracts, became a Microsoft MVP for C# and then Security Developer, have spoken at many user groups and seven (7) conferences, and have many, many friends in the world-wide developer and security communities. Truly blessed!
